Although Croydon may not have the ‘brand recognition’ that several of the fancier houses for sale inner west Sydney suburbs offers, and that is probably the reason why it still remains under the radar. The suburbs are located in a place that’s closer to the Sydney CBD as the crow flies than some of its pricier neighbours right away west, Croydon is the exemplar of the “the Inner West for families” as contrary to the younger, party people. 

 

Also, there are plenty of quality schools in the middle itself and neighbouring Burwood, sure– however, it’s also both its public spaces, wonderful parks and lovely streetscape which makes people who live there feel more special. Croydon provides a balanced environment home-wise for various budget levels. Prices in these suburbs are usually significantly cheaper than their immediate neighbours. 3. Concord 

 

Concord is filled with the beautiful streetscape, remarkably clean and well-maintained retail strip, lovely parks, family-friendly, safe, nearing expanded infrastructure. The walks of Concord has one of the best lines between giving the maximum of a high number of amenities without reaching the point of feeling excessively busy or congested. 

 

Its dining hub and shopping centre are one of the best combinations of bars, restaurants, shopping of any genuine residential “suburban” location, and there are several more family-friendly suburbs in the Inner West in terms of access to excellent schools and public spaces. When it comes to all the elite suburbs in Sydney, only Waverton provides an extremely enough balance of other benefits to counteract its high prices. In fact, it’s one of the city’s best balances of benefits and charming scenery without the need to deal with the usual one main weakness other pricey suburbs normally have such as isolation, lack of public transport, etc. 

 

The best thing in Waverton is there is not much traffic so if road noise is your concern, then this place is for you. You can walk just across to North Sydney if you need to go to work or jump on a train and ride into the CBD in 10 minutes! It’s truly a lifesaver in terms of dealing with the everyday life-drain. 

 

However, the place lacks amenities outside its couple of lovely cafes and exclusive small-scale supermarkets, but when you have all of Sydney mostly at your fingertips without any hassle and problems in the atmosphere the city requires, then the sacrifice is somehow worth it.

Some of you may not agree that Hornsby is the number one in this list since that it’s not individually extraordinary in any one aspect, however, when the balance of its advantages are considered into account, you will be left with one of the best and most versatile suburbs in Sydney. 

 

First is its array of amenities. The suburb is well-equipped for what a pretty small suburb requires and there’s seldom any need to go further elsewhere.
